Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We always try to describe the products that we sell accurately; due to the variations of monitors and screens, there may be a slight difference in shades. We will be more than willing to exchange products that are significantly different than what is published

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We use a number of online transation companies that will supply sales receipts, if you are not happy with these please contact us and we will supply a detailed invoice for your purchase

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to ensure that we do not run out of stock. We stock take weekly and reorder if needed. If cannot find items that you are looking for please contact us and we can either source specifically or give you an estimated date for delivery.
